Prevent fatigue in late spring

In late spring, people should try to prevent “spring fatigue”. In traditional Chinese medicine, spring fatigue is caused by the increasing humidity and low pressure of the air, which weakens the ability of the spleen to “transport and transform.” In this case, the dampness in the body cannot be dispelled, making people sleepy, tired and dizzy.

Wearing a sachet to prevent spring fatigue

Place a homemade sachet into the clothes to relieve spring fatigue.

Here we recommend two types of sachet formulas recipes: one is a mixture of 3 g Borneol (Bīng Piàn, Borneolum Syntheticum), 3 g Camphor (Zhāng Năo, Camphora), 15 g Galangal (Gāo Liáng Jiāng, Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum), and 30 g Cinnamon (Guì Pí), and the other is of 10 g Sichuan Lovage Root (Chuān Xiōng, Rhizoma Chuanxiong), 10 g Angelica Root (Bái Zhĭ, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), 20 g Atractylodes Rhizome (Cāng Zhú, Rhizoma Atractylodis), and 3 g Borneolum Syntheticum. For either formula recipe, grind the prescribed herbs into a fine powder and take out 3 g to 5 g each time to make a sachet. Make a piece of cloth with powder into a small bag, place the powder inside, and wear it on the neck or sew it on the clothes. Change every 15 days.
