The seven quivers cure many diseases

1: Following the movement above, raise the heels, coming up on the tip-toes, tilt the head upward very slightly, pause for a second, and stare straight.
2: Put the heels down with a gentle
thud, shaking them on the ground, with eyes straight.
One rising and one dropping movement count as one; repeat seven times in total.
[Principles and Effects]

1. Because they are the intersection of the three yin meridians of the foot and the three yang meridians of the foot, gripping the toes can stimulate the related meridians of the foot and adjust the function of the corresponding organs. Meanwhile, quivering or shaking can stimulate the spine and the du mai to unblock the qi and blood of the whole body and maintain yin and yang balance.

2. Tip-toes followed by the jolt of letting the heels down are beneficial for muscle strength in the back of the calf and improves the balance of the body.

3. The vibration on the ground can gently stimulate the internal and external structures of the lower limbs and the spine, and relax and reset the muscles of the whole body, which helps to relieve muscle tension.
